Micropigmentation Vaughan
It is truly amazing what a little bit of ink can do for the mind, body, and soul.

What Is Micropigmentation?

Pink Line

Paramedical micropigmentation is a series of semi-permanent makeup procedures. The goal of micropigmentation is to break up the scar tissue, improving its texture while also matching the colour of the affected area to its natural skin tone. In cases where the area has no discolouration, this technique can be performed without pigment to smooth out the skin texture.

We only use the highest quality mineral-based pigments to give you safe, effective results.

Who Is Micropigmentation for?

Pink Line

Micropigmentation is for patients who have skin discolouration from accidents, illnesses or birth defects, including:

  • Scars from cleft palate surgeries
  • Birthmarks
  • Stretch marks
  • Hypopigmented (lighter-coloured) age spots
  • “Café au lait” spots
  • Mongolian spots
  • Port-wine stains
  • Scars from cosmetic surgeries such as facelifts and tummy tucks
  • Burn scars
  • Scars from trauma, illness, or other surgeries
  • Raised scars which have no discolouration but still require improvement in texture and appearance

Breast Surgery Scar Removal

Pink Line

If you’ve had breast surgery due to breast cancer or a breast reduction, you’ve already gone through a great deal. Even though you’ve come through the other side strong, you might be feeling a little less than yourself. We can help you get back to looking like yourself again so you can feel confident and embrace life!

Breast reconstruction:

Often patients lose their nipples and/or the darker circle around the nipple, called the areola, due to bilateral mastectomies (tissue from both breasts is removed) or unilateral mastectomies (tissue from one breast is removed), or breast reduction surgeries. Our areola/nipple restoration for male and female clients gives the illusion of a life-like areola to recreate a more natural-looking breast.

Cosmetic breast surgery scars:

This treatment works to conceal and reduce skin discolouration to camouflage scars from breast reductions, breast lifts, augmentation, and other surgical scars in the breast region.

Tattoo Scar Removal & Treatment in Vaughan / Toronto

Pink Line

Scars from surgeries, trauma, skin grafts, and burns may tell stories of courage, but we don’t necessarily want to wear those memories every day. With micropigmentation treatments, we can help conceal or camouflage these scars—so that when you walk into a room people see you, not your scars.

Burn scars

If you’ve suffered a serious burn, you might be left with both physical and emotional scars. At Pure Match Skin FX we believe you’re not just a survivor—you’re a thriver. You’ve already gone through so much, and we want to help restore to you what was lost. Micropigmentation can help smooth out the rumpled texture of the skin and help camouflage the scar by matching the colour to your natural skin tone.

Birthmarks and skin conditions

Not all of us are born with flawless skin, but we all deserve to put our best face forward. Birthmarks such as “café au lait” spots, Mongolian spots, port-wine stains, and others often draw unwanted attention, leaving us feeling self-conscious. Some of us use makeup every day to try to conceal our imperfections, but there’s a better way. At Pure Match Skin FX, we can match your skin pigment and treat the affected areas, leaving a consistent-looking complexion—no more makeup, no more hiding.

What To Expect

Pink Line

Recovery time from each treatment is quick and typically takes a few days. Depending on each case, you may require 1 or 2 sessions, or a series of treatments in order to attain best results. You can expect to see improved colour tone and healed results in about 30 days. Depending on the condition of the skin, the results will last between 1 and 5 years and can be retouched.

You deserve to look your best, so you can feel your best. Contact us for a consultation today!

•Private and free consultation and test patch prior to any treatment.
•For the re-creation of an areola, micropigmentation can be performed 6 to 12 weeks after breast cancer surgery or breast implants or breast reduction.
•For optimum results scars need to be fully healed (approximately 6 months to one year old), with no open sores or redness. This will allow us to better match your skin pigmentation. As with any procedure of this nature individual results may vary.
